摘　　要：目的了解临床护士在感染新型冠状病毒肺炎后的真实心理体验,为提高护理人员的心理健康水平提供依据。方法以立意抽样法于2020年1-2月选取11名临床护士展开半结构式深度访谈,采取录音及笔录方法,并基于Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料加以分析,归纳出主题。结果经过反复阅读及思考,共提炼出4个类属11个主题。类属1:感染护士的负性心理体验,即震惊与自责、焦虑与恐惧;类属2:对治疗和护理的不确定性,即担心自身预后、担心药物毒副作用、担心后续复诊会再度交叉感染;类属3:对生活充满顾虑,即不方便采购食物、担心收入问题、担心家人生活;类属4:珍惜生活,即强身健体、积极拓展兴趣爱好、多关心陪伴家人。结论被感染的临床护士存在很大的心理压力,管理层应该以个性化指导方法积极进行心理干预,以减轻其心理负担,更好地重返护理岗位。Objective To understand the psychological experience of clinical nurses infected with novel coronavirus pneumonia,and to provide evidence for improving the mental health of nursing staff.Methods From January to February 2020,11 clinical nurses were selected by purposive sampling to conduct semi-structured in-depth interview.The interview data were analyzed based on Colaizzi 7-step analysis method,and the themes were summarized.Results After repeated reading and thinking,four categories and 11 themes were extracted.These four categories were:psychological experience of infected nurses,namely shock and remorse,anxiety and fear;uncertainty of treatment and care,that is,worrying about their prognosis,worrying about drug side effects,and worrying about the possibility of re-cross infection in follow-up visits;full of worries about life,that is,inconvenient purchase of food,worrying about income,worrying about family life;cherish life,that is,strengthen the body,actively expand interests and hobbies,and paying more attention to accompany the family.Conclusions Infected clinical nurses are under great psychological pressure,so the management personal should carry out psychological intervention with personalized guidance to reduce their psychological burden and return to nursing job.
