摘  要:酒钢镜铁山铁矿石原块矿焙烧分选工艺中,存在一次干选尾矿围岩含量较高的问题,不仅二次焙烧量大、能耗高、焙烧质量欠佳,而且影响二次干选效果。为解决这些问题,对一次干选尾矿进行了扫选工艺技术研究。结果表明,对一次干选尾矿进行再选,粗粒级矿石使用分选机分选,细粒级使用干式磁选机分选,扫选精矿与原矿合并进行一次焙烧,不仅取消了二次焙烧作业,而且减少了返回焙烧矿量,降低了焙烧工艺能源消耗,减少了金属流失。In the roasting separation process of Jingtieshan iron ore lump ore in Jiugang,there exists the problem of high surrounding rock content of primary dry separation tailings,which not only has large secondary roasting quantity,high energy consumption and poor roasting quality,but also affects the effect of secondary dry separation.In order to solve these problems,the scavenging technology of primary dry separation tailings was studied.The results show that the re-separation of primary dry separation tailings,the separation of coarse-grained ore by separator,the separation of fine ore by dry magnetic separator,and the combination of sweeping concentrate and raw ore for primary roasting not only cancels the secondary roasting operation,but also reduces the return roasting amount,reduces the energy consumption of roasting process and reduces the metal loss.
