摘  要:安徽某铜硫矿石原矿Cu含量为0.85%、S含量为15.23%,目前生产上采用的铜硫等可浮出快铜—中矿再磨—铜硫分离流程指标不理想。为了改善分选指标,开展了铜硫混浮粗精矿再磨脱脉石—铜硫分离闭路流程、铜硫混浮出快铜—中矿再磨脱脉石—铜硫分离闭路流程以及铜硫混浮出快铜—中矿再磨—优先浮铜—铜尾浮硫闭路流程浮选效果对比试验,并从浮选指标、浮选药剂成本、现场浮选过程稳定性、选厂改造程度等多方面进行了比较分析,认为铜硫混浮出快铜—中矿再磨—优先浮铜—铜尾浮硫工艺为最佳工艺。A copper-sulfur ore containing 0.85%Cu and 15.23%S from Anhui Province was treated by"copper and sulfur iso-flotation-middling regrinding-copper and sulfur separation"process,of which the production index was not good enough.In order to improve the production index,tests of three different technologies,"copper and sulfur bulk flotation-rough concentrate regrinding-copper and sulfur separation"process,"copper and sulfur bulk flotation-middling regrinding-copper and sulfur separation"and"copper and sulfur bulk flotation-middling regrinding-copper flotation-sulfur flotation"were carried out,of which the tests indexes,reagent cost,stability and plant transformation were compared and analyzed.Results showed that the"copper and sulfur bulk flotation-middling regrinding-copper flotation-sulfur flotation"process was recommended.
