摘  要:司家营铁矿原生矿磨矿系统技改后系统产能大幅度提升,受后续选别作业能力的影响,三磁精矿品位波动较大,并最终影响精矿指标的稳定。生产上为了平衡系统处理能力,采用了局部阴离子反浮选工艺,但成本较高。为了降低反浮选工艺系统的生产成本,根据国内阳离子捕收剂应用现状,选用GE609与S-1进行了实验室对比试验及GE609工业试验。工业试验表明,GE609在用量为160.46 g/t的条件下,取得了精矿品位为68.67%,尾矿品位为21.44%,金属回收率为94.60%的较理想指标。与阴离子反浮选工艺相比,阳离子反浮选只需添加1种药剂,药剂制度单一,可操作性强,具有较明显的优势。After the technical transformation of the primary ore grinding system in Sijiaying Iron Mine,the system productivity is greatly increased.Affected by the subsequent sorting ability,the grade of the three magnetic concentrates fluctuates greatly,and finally affects the stability of the concentrate index.In order to balance the processing capacity of the system,the local anion reverse flotation process is adopted,but the cost is high.In order to reduce the production cost of reverse flotation process system,according to the application status of cationic collector in China,GE609 and S-1 were selected for laboratory comparison test and GE609 industrial test.Industrial tests have shown that,under the condition of GE609 dosage 160.46 g/t,the better indexes of concentrate grade 68.67%,tailings grade 21.44%and metal recovery rate 94.60%were obtained.Compared with the anion reverse flotation process,the cationic reverse flotation only needs to add one kind of reagent,with high operability,and obvious advantages.
