摘 要:介绍了SLMS-600型超薄稀土磁盘磁系设计方法和先进制造工艺,阐述了SLMS-600型磁盘分离机结构和分选原理。针对某铅锌矿选矿废水,采用基于SLMS-600型磁盘分离机为核心装备的中和—磁絮凝—磁分离工艺进行处理,固体悬浮物去除率97.5%,Cu2+去除率68.8%,Pb2+去除率94.1%。该工艺具有处理速度快、占地面积小等优点,处理后水质达到选矿回用水对固体悬浮物和部分重金属离子浓度要求。SLMS-600型磁盘分离机在矿山废水治理等固液分离领域具有良好的应用前景。The design method and advanced manufacturing technology of SLMS-600 type ultra thin rare earth magnetic disk are introduced,the structure and separation principle of SLMS-600 type magnetic disk separator are described.Aiming at the mineral processing waste water of a lead-zinc mine,the neutralization-magnetic flocculation-magnetic separation integrated waste water treatment process based on SLMS-600 type magnetic disk separator was adopted.The results show that the removal rate of solid suspension was 97.5%,the removal rate of Cu2+was 68.8%,and the removal rate of Pb2+was 94.1%.The process has the advantages of high treating speed and cover a small area,and the quality of treated water can meet the requirement of the concentration of solid suspended substance and some heavy metal ions.SLMS-600 type magnetic disk separator has a good application prospect in the field of solid-liquid separation such as mine waste water treatment.
