摘 要:为了解决再制造时机不确定问题,从疲劳和磨损两方面研究了曲轴的主动再制造时机。根据疲劳强度冗余因子及最小油膜厚度临界阈值,提出疲劳主动再制造时机与磨损主动再制造时机的概念。运用非线性多体动力学软件AVL-EXCITE,建立了柴油机连杆大头轴承的弹性液体动力润滑仿真计算模型,用于计算轴承的最小油膜厚度,并以Holland法验证模型的可靠性。综合考虑疲劳和磨损主动再制造时机,建立了曲轴主动再制造时机选择流程,以确定曲轴的最佳再制造时机。以某型号柴油机曲轴为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。Aiming at the uncertain of remanufacturing timing,the predecisional remanufacturing timing of crankshaft was studied from two aspects of fatigue and wear.According to the critical threshold of fatigue strength redundancy factor and the minimum oil film thickness,the concept of fatigue and wear predecisional remanufacturing timing was proposed.Based on the nonlinear multi-body dynamics software AVL-EXCITE,the simulation calculation model of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication for diesel engine connecting rod large bearing was established to calculate the minimum oil film thickness of the bearing,and the reliability of the model was verified by Holland method.Taking the fatigue and wear predecisional remanufacturing timing into consideration,the selection process of crankshaft predecisional remanufacturing timing was established to determine the best time of crankshaft remanufacturing.Taking a diesel engine crankshaft as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified.
