摘 要:池州市供排水责任有限公司江口水厂取水工程设计取水规模为30×10^4m^3/d,为近年来长江流域沙洲地区大型取水工程。工程取水头部采用了两根DN1400桩架式取水头部,伸入江中达29 m,较好地避免了取水水质受岸边泥沙的影响;针对取水点岸边水流急、岸线冲刷严重的特点,取水头部管道入岸处采取了软连接、桩基大体积镇墩、大面积抛石、上下游护岸及设置浮标等多项防护措施,确保取水工程顺利施工及安全运行;针对取水管道埋设深度深、长度较长、沿线地质条件差及地形复杂、常规开挖基坑支护费用且施工风险高等特点,设计通过多段长距离顶管接入取水泵站,缩短了工期及工程造价。该项目2013年通过验收,项目运行之初,长江行洪期间曾发生船只碰撞取水头部事故,未对取水头部造成破坏,验证了取水工程的安全性。工程建成至今运行情况良好,每年为池州地区供应约3600×10^4m^3原水。In recent years,the water intake project of Jiangkou Waterworks of Chizhou Water Supply and Drainage Co.,Ltd.was one of the large scale water intake project at Yangtze River basin with a design capacity of 30×10^4 m^3/d.For averting the influence of shoreside sediment on the water quality,two DN1400 pile-type water intake heads were used,which stretched into river about 29 m.According to the fact that rushing shoreside flow and serious riverbank erosion,many items of protective measures were used on near-shore segment of water intake heads to guarantee the safety of construction and operation of the water intake project,such as flexible connection,bulk anchorage block of pile foundation,large area rock dumping and revetment,buoy.With regard to the problem of deep burial depth and long distance of pipeline,complex geological conditions and terrain,high cost and high risk of common retaining structure in foundation pit,long distance pipe jacking was used to connect pipeline with the pump station,by which the construction period and costs were reduced.This project had passed the acceptance in 2013,at the beginning of project operation,an accident that water intake head was collided by a ship happened during the flood season,which did not cause damage on the water intake head and verified the security of the project.Up to now,this project has been running normally,it supplied 3600×10^4 m^3 raw water for Chizhou every year.
