奥林匹克价值观的本土贡献及其认知纠偏

摘　　要：通过研读和分析奥林匹克文献资料与政策文本,梳理奥林匹克价值观的概念生成和体系演变,结合中国体育参与奥林匹克运动实践,对奥林匹克价值观的本土改造与贡献进行互动式提炼,研究发现:中国体育在参与奥林匹克运动实践中与之产生良性互动,以本土智慧和本土实践诠释、丰富并发展了当代奥林匹克运动的价值体系,创造性地提炼出身心一统、和谐发展的"教育观"和"人文观";追求卓越、恪守理性的"进取观"与"胜负观";绿色人文、可持续发展的"环境观"与"生态观"以及取用于民、全民共享的"遗产观"与"发展观"。在此基础上,辨析奥林匹克运动的相关概念和认知理解。奥林匹克运动在中国已完成夏奥会、残奥会和青奥会的赛会活动体系,中国社会即将面临2022年北京冬奥会的实践检验,理应在奥林匹克价值理念和术语规范上做出精准认知与清晰表述。By studying and analyzing the Olympic documents and policy texts,combing the concept generation and system evolution of Olympic values,combining with the practice of China’s sports participation in the Olympic movement,this paper makes interactive refinement of the local transformation and contribution of Olympic values. It is found that Chinese sports have a positive interaction with the Olympic movement in practice,it explains,enriches and develops the value system of the contemporary Olympic movement with local wisdom and practice,creatively extracts the"education view"and"humanity view"of the harmonious development of body and mind;it pursues excellence and abides by rational"enterprising view"and"winning and losing view";and it adheres to green humanity and sustainable development"environmental view"and"ecological view"and"heritage view"and"development view"which are taken for the people and the people to share. On this basis,this paper analyzes the related concepts and understanding of the Olympic movement. Chinese society has completed the competition activities system of the Summer Olympic Games,Paralympic Games and Youth Olympic Games. It is justified to make an accurate understanding and clear statement on the Olympic values and terminology,facing the practical test of the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022.
