摘　　要：通过对哈尔滨老年人照料设施的热舒适调查,分析严寒地区老年人照料设施室内热环境存在的问题,探究严寒地区老年人的热舒适偏好。从建筑方案和物理环境两个层面提出基于热舒适的严寒地区老年人照料设施设计策略。Through the field thermal comfort survey of care facilities for the elderly in Harbin,the problems of the indoor thermal environment of the elderly care facilities and the thermal comfort preferences of the elderly were analyzed.Based on the above survey data,the design strategies for elderly care facilities suitable for severe cold areas are explored from the two aspects of architectural scheme and physical environment.
