中药分期治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药分期治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床研究。方法中药治疗组32例运用中药清热祛瘀汤、归脾汤治疗;西药对照组30例,用西药诀诺酮治疗。两组均经过三个月经周期的治疗(每个周期21天),比较两组的临床治疗效果、出血停止时间、以及内分泌情况(FSH、LH和E2)。结果中药治疗组止血疗效总有效率为87.5%,西药对照组止血疗效总有效率为70%。中药治疗组疗效优于西药对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗均可升高血清E2水平,降低FSH、LH水平,但中药治疗组效果与西药对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者采用中药分期治疗的临床效果显著,可缩短止血时间,降低复发率,在临床上有较好的应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical study of functional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period treated by stages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 32 cases in Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Quyu decoction and 30 cases in western medicine control group.The two groups were treated with three menstrual cycles(21 days each).The clinical therapeutic effects,bleeding stopping time,and endocrine status(FSHLH and E2)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostatic effect was 87.5 in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 70 in the western medicine control group.The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of the western medicine control group.The serum E2 level and FSH LH level were increased and decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but the effect of TCM treatment group was significantly better than that of western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with functional uterine hemorrhage in peri-menopausal period is remarkable,which can shorten the hemostatic time and reduce the recurrence rate.
