摘　　要：目的探讨八段锦用于肺叶切除术后患者肺功能康复的作用。方法选取101例择期行胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者,随机分为治疗组(n=50)及对照组(n=51)。治疗组围术期接受八段锦康复训练,对照组接受常规治疗和护理。收集患者术前及术后三个月肺功能情况。结果治疗组干预后FVC、FVC%、FEV 1、PEF、PEF%、IC、IC%、MVV、MVV%及6wm水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组FVC、FEV 1、IC及6wm的康复百分比均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺叶切除术后患者应用八段锦康复训练有助于肺功能康复。Objective To investigate the effect of Baduanjin on pulmonary function rehabilitation after lobectomy.Methods 101 patients undergoing selective thoracoscopic lobectomy were divided into two groups:the treatment group(50 cases)and the control group(51 cases).The treatment group received Baduanjin training during perioperative period,while the control group did not intervene.Pulmonary function was examined before and three month after operation.Results After intervention,the levels of FVC,FVC%,FEV 1,PEF,PEF%,IC,IC%,MVV,MVV%and 6WM in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery percentage of FVC,FEV 1,IC and 6WM in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Baduanjin rehabilitation training after pulmonary lobectomy is helpful to the rehabilitation of pulmonary function.
