摘 要:为了降低电机的损耗、提高电机的效率,对定子绕组进行重新设计。以Y180M-2电机为例,应用低谐波绕组理论,对电机定子绕组的排布方式和线圈匝数进行设计。通过有限元仿真,对比分析低谐波绕组电机和普通电机气隙磁场的谐波含量,计算得到铁芯不同部位的铁耗及其分布特点。分析结果表明:采用低谐波绕组后,电机气隙磁场谐波含量显著降低,其中3次谐波含量减少73.9%,5次谐波含量减少44.3%;采用低谐波绕组后,基波铁耗减少11.1%,谐波铁耗减少22.0%,总铁耗减少14.2%,有效地提高了电机效率。Aiming to reduce the losses andincrease the efficiency of the motor,the stator windings are redesigned.Taking the Y180M-2 motor as an example,the low-harmonic winding theory is used to design the arrangement of the stator windings and the number of coil turns of the motor.Through finite element simulation,the harmonic content of the air gap magnetic field of low-harmonic windings motors and ordinary motors is compared and analyzed,and the iron loss and its distribution characteristics of different parts of the core are calculated.The results show that after using low harmonic windings,the harmonic content of the air gap magnetic field of the motor is significantly reduced,in which the third harmonic content is reduced by 73.9%and the fifth harmonic content is reduced by 44.3%.After the use of low harmonic windings,the fundamental iron consumption is reduced by 11.1%,the harmonic iron consumption is reduced by 22.0%,and the total iron consumption is reduced by 14.2%,which effectively improves the motor efficiency.
