摘 要:选取JWF1278型精梳机锡林壳体在承受最大扭矩时的工况作为研究对象,通过一系列计算得出锡林壳体对锡林轴的抱紧力,估算出锡林壳体抱轴的螺栓预紧力及拧紧力矩值。在Creo 4.0软件中建立锡林壳体螺栓联接组件的三维模型,再导入ANSYS Workbench软件中对其进行静力结构分析,得出在此工况下锡林壳体强度和刚度均满足要求,且能安全可靠地运行。最后对锡林壳体所受螺栓预紧力的大小进行参数化分析,得出合理的螺栓联接的拧紧力矩范围,为设计人员及装配人员提供参考。The working condition of JWF1278 comber cylinder housing under maximum torque was selected as the research object,and the clamping force of the cylinder housing on the cylinder shaft was obtained through a series of calculations,and the bolt pre-tightening force and tightening torque value of the cylinder shell shaft are estimated.In Creo 4.0 software,a 3D model of the bolt assembly of the cylinder shell is established,and then it is imported into ANSYS Workbench software for static structural analysis.It is concluded that the strength and rigidity of the casing of the cylinder meet the requirements under this working condition,and can run safely and reliably.Finally,a parameterized analysis of the bolt prestressing force on the casing of the cylinder is carried out to obtain a reasonable range of tightening torque for the bolt connection,which can provide a reference for designers and assemblers.
