摘　　要：起重机长期处于高负荷工作循环条件下,桥架裂纹故障时有发生。针对这一问题,基于断裂力学理论和有限元分析对不同工况下桥架裂纹进行了仿真分析,揭示了裂纹产生的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。The crane has been under high-load working cycle conditions for a long time,and the crack of the bridge has occurred.Aiming at this problem,based on the theory of fracture mechanics and finite element,the bridge cracks under different working conditions are simulated and analyzed,and the main causes of cracks are revealed.The corresponding solutions are proposed.
