摘  要:掘锚机工作环境恶劣,其运输部磨损失效情况严重影响设备的使用寿命,甚至会引发安全事故。通过对比普通耐磨材料与高铬耐磨复合钢板的主要特点可知,高铬耐磨复合钢板既具有高碳高铬堆焊层高强度、高硬度及优良的耐磨性,同时具有母材基体高韧性、良好的加工性及焊接性。使用高铬耐磨复合钢板不仅可延长掘锚机设备的使用寿命,提高掘锚机生产效率,降低维修生产成本,同时具有很好的社会经济环境效益。The working environment of anchor digging machine are harsh,and the wear and failure of its transportation department will seriously affect the service life of the equipment and even cause safety accidents.By comparing the main characteristics of common wear-resistant materials and high-chromium composite wear-resistant steel plates,the high-chromium wear-resistant composite steel plates not only have high strength,high hardness and excellent wear resistance of high-carbon and high-chromium surfacing layers,but also have high toughness,good processability and weldability of the parent metal matrix.The use of high chromium wear-resistant composite steel plate can not only prolong the service life of the anchor digging machine equipment,improve the production efficiency of the anchor digging machine,reduce the maintenance and production costs,but also have good social,economic and environmental benefits.
