摘  要:结合生产分析了L415MB螺旋焊管管体屈服强度降低的原因,认为钢管成型加工过程中包辛格效应起了关键作用。从原材料选用和制管工艺控制两方面提出了应对包辛格效应、确保产品质量的措施,钢管投用至今经全面检验未发现任何问题,达到了预期效果。Combined with production,the reasons for the decrease of yield strength of L415MB spiral welded pipe body were analyzed,and it was considered that Bauschinger effect played a key role in the manufacturing process of steel pipe.This paper puts forward some methods to deal with Bauschinger effect and ensure product quality from the selection of raw materials and the control of pipe making process.Up to now,no problems have been found in the application of steel pipe,and the expected results have been achieved.
