摘 要:针对724龙门刨床改造过程中出现的问题,如变频器工作频率过低而导致电机发热增多、加工过程中经常出现闷车和啃刀等现象,拆掉原刨床传动系统中电机与减速器之间的联轴器,安装带传动,并通过分析计算确定带传动的主要参数。使用结果表明:改造后的刨床具有刨铣复合功能,运行状况良好,且加工质量和生产率得到了提高。This article mainly solves the problems that occur during the transformation of the 724 planer,such as the excessive frequency of the inverter causes the motor to generate more heat,and the host often stops suddenly and gnaw knife during processing.Remove the coupling between the motor and the reducer in the original planer drive system,install the belt drive,and determine the main parameters of the belt drive through analysis and calculation.The results show that the transformed planer has a planing and milling compound function,which is in good operating condition,and the processing quality and productivity have been improved.
