摘  要:针对中国多年冻土区广泛面临的冻土退化和路基热稳定性问题,基于压缩式制冷技术,提出一种新型多年冻土保护装置。首先,分析压缩式制冷技术面向多年冻土区路基工程的适用性。然后,设计与制作一款路基专用制冷装置-自动化压缩式制冷管,包括制冷单元和自动化控制单元。制冷单元为压缩机、节流器、蒸发器和冷凝器顺次连接而成的闭合循环回路,自动化控制单元为基于位式控制原理的微电脑控制器。装置制冷性能试验表明,制冷温度在正温环境中也一直保持在0℃以下,且可以自动地维持在-5,-10和-15℃等恒定范围内,制冷系数随着制冷温度的升高而增大。压缩式制冷管具有季节匹配性好和自动化程度高的技术优势,可以为多年冻土区路基工程提供一种有效的冻土退化防治方法。To improve the permafrost degradation and thermal stability problems of subgrade engineering, the compression refrigeration technology was introduced and a new type of permafrost protection method was proposed. The suitability of compression refrigeration technology for subgrade engineering was initially analyzed. A new type of refrigeration apparatus for subgrade engineering, named automatic compression refrigeration tube, was then designed and manufactured. The apparatus mainly includes a refrigeration unit and an automatic controller unit. The refrigeration unit consists of a compressor, capillary tube, evaporator and condenser, and they are connected sequentially to be a closed circuit. The automatic controller unit is an electrical regulator with a step-by-step control method in principle. Finally, performance tests show that the apparatus can work in any season, the refrigeration temperature can maintain below 0 ℃ even in a warm environment, and it can also be controlled within a fixed range of-5,-10 or -15 ℃ automatically. The refrigeration coefficient is more favorable when the designed refrigeration temperature is higher. The proposed compressed refrigeration tube is of a good seasonal match and automatic operation ability, and it is a more advanced method for subgrade engineering in permafrost regions.
