生态文明视域下数字经济发展研究——以广西为例

摘　　要：生态文明建设已写入国家战略蓝图和国家发展理念,生态文明视域下发展数字经济,有利于加快推进供给侧结构性改革,形成经济增长新动能,激发创业创新活力,形成全新的生态文明发展态势。地处西南边疆的广西走绿色发展和生态文明发展的道路,数字经济发展基础尚未夯实,发展优势尚未充分发挥,发展机遇尚未精确把握。建议坚持生态文明发展,探索经济发展特色新路;做好顶层设计,制定经济发展战略规划;夯实基础设施,打造经济发展生态环境;创新人才机制,形成经济发展人才支撑,进一步推进广西数字经济发展,形成经济增长的新动能。The construction of ecological civilization has been written into the national strategic blueprint and national development concept.The development of digital economy from the perspective of ecological civilization is conducive to accelerating supply side structural reform,forming a new driving force for economic growth,stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation,and forming a new development trend of ecological civilization.Guangxi,located in the southwest frontier,has taken the road of green development and ecological civilization development.The foundation of digital economic development has not been consolidated,the development advantages have not been fully exerted,and the development opportunities have not been accurately grasped.Adhere to the development of ecological civilization,and explore the new road of economic development characteristics;do a good job in top-level design,and formulate the strategic plan for economic development;consolidate infrastructure,and create the ecological environment for economic development;innovate the talent mechanism,and form the support of economic development talents,which will further promote the development of Guangxi digital economy and form a new driving force for economic growth.
