中西医结合治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液并多发骨转移1例

摘　　要：恶性胸腔积液、多发骨转移是肺癌晚期的并发症,临床治疗颇为棘手,预后不良。文章介绍运用中西医结合疗法治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液、多发骨转移1例,明显提高了患者的生活质量,延长了生存期,体现了中西医结合在肺癌晚期治疗上具有一定的优势。Malignant pleural effusion and multiple bone metastases are the complications of advanced lung cancer.The clinical treatment is tricky and prognosis poor.The treatment of malignant pleural effusion and multiple bone metastases in lung cancer was treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine has significantly improves the quality of life and prolongs survival,indicating that integrated Chinese and western medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
