摘 要:在节能减排的趋势下,传统制造业面临着减少碳排放、降低能源消耗的问题。在制造业的机加工过程中,高速切削时机床消耗掉了大量的电能。为了探究影响高速切削功率的切削参数,获得较好的功率值,设计了基于刀尖圆弧半径、切削深度、进给量及切削速度4个切削参数的16组正交试验。通过进行正交切削试验,获得4个切削参数不同水平下的功率值;通过田口方法研究了SiCp/Al复合材料高速切削时的最佳切削参数,并建立了功率的经验公式;通过试验结果验证了功率预测方法的有效性及准确性。Under the trend of energy saving and emission reduction,traditional manufacturing industry is facing the problem of reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption.In the manufacturing process,the machine tool consumes a lot of electric energy when turning at high speed.In order to explore the cutting parameters affecting the power in high-speed turning and obtain better power values,16 orthogonal experiments based on four cutting parameters of nose radius,depth of cut,feed rate and cutting speed were designed firstly.Through orthogonal cutting experiments,the power values of four parameters at different levels were obtained.Secondly,the optimum processing parameters of SiCp/Al composites in high speed turning were studied by Taguchi method,and the empirical formula of power was established.At last,the results of the cutting experiment verify the validity and correctness of the power prediction method.
