摘  要:针对当前电火花线切割机床自动编程系统操作复杂、绘图功能不全的问题,在AutoCAD平台上基于.Net二次开发技术,对电火花线切割轨迹生成及加工代码输出进行了研究。提出了线型为Polyline(多段线)的线切割轨迹生成方式,结合矢量叉积法判断方向,实现了各类图形的轨迹生成。代码生成上利用Polyline自身的线型数据结构进行图元识别和加工信息计算,进而获得相应轨迹的NC代码,实现了加工轨迹的自动编程。经加工试验验证,采用本系统生成的NC代码可满足实际加工的需要。In order to solve the problems of complicating operation and incomplete drawing function of automatic programming system of WEDM machine tool,the second development technology of.Net is applied on AutoCAD platform to study the generation of WEDM path and the output of processing code.Presents a method to generate the path of wire cutting with Polyline(multi-segment line),which combines the vector cross product method to judge the direction and realizes the path generation of all kinds of graphics.In code generation,Polyline’s own linear data structure is used to recognize graphic elements and calculate processing information,and then NC code of corresponding path is obtained,which realizes automatic programming of processing path.It is verified by the processing test that the NC code generated by this system can meet the needs of actual processing.
