摘 要:基于砂带磨削原理,设计了磨削民用航天发动机涡轮叶片的试验。根据模锻后的发动机涡轮叶片的几何参数、材料及最终参数要求,采用离线模拟和试验数据统计的方法,归纳出磨削过程中切向和法向磨削力的公式;通过公式的求解,得到了影响砂带磨削的主要参数之间的相互关系;经磨削工艺试验,初步确定了加工数据;经检测磨削效果并分析误差来源,反复优化试验,最终获得了良好的加工表面。试验验证了民用发动机涡轮叶片砂带磨削加工工艺参数选择的合理性。Based on the principle of abrasive belt grinding,the experiment of grinding turbine blade of civil aerospace engine was designed.According to the geometric parameters,material and final parameters of the engine blade after die forging,the formulas of tangential and normal grinding forces in grinding process were summarized by off-line simulation and statistical method of test data.By solving the formula,the relationship between the main parameters affecting abrasive belt grinding was obtained.After grinding process test,the processing data were preliminarily determined.After testing the grinding effect and analyzing the error sources,repeated optimization tests were carried out,and good machined surfaces were obtained.The rationality of the selection of processing parameters for abrasive belt grinding of civil engine blades was verified by experiments.
