摘　　要：为了测试回转接头出厂试验台,采用三菱FX 2N系列PLC进行电气控制设计,实现电磁阀切换和数据采集等;对触摸屏设计了人机交互操作界面以控制系统运行,该界面操作便捷,人性化程度高,能最大限度地适应客户的测试要求。测控系统的设计研究明显提升了回转接头的出厂测试精度和速度,可实现测试的连续性,保证测试结果精确。In order to carry out measurement and control design for the factory test system of rotary joint,used Mitsubishi FX 2N series PLC for electrical control design to achieve solenoid valve switching and data acquisition.The touch screen was designed with a human-computer interaction interface to control system operation.It was easy to operate and more user-friendly,and it can adapt to the customer’s test requirements to the maximum.The design study of the test system significantly improves the factory test accuracy and speed of the rotary joint.It achieves measurement continuity and ensures accurate measurement results.
