摘  要:为科学合理的设计绩效指标实现对项目管理团队的定量化评价,在总结、提炼、修正已有评价指标的基础上,建立了一个公正、稳定、可量化的绩效考核评价体系。该体系从业绩、能力、态度出发,规避传统评价体系中定性指标难以获取且主观性较强的弊端,创造性地结合智能化工程管理平台中的过程数据,通过对文本和数值数据进行筛选、清洗、转化等处理步骤,将总体指标量化为底层指标。案例结果表明,该评价体系具有一定的准确性,为评价方法提供了一个全新的视角。In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of project management team by designing indicators scientifically and reasonably,on the basis of summarizing,refining and revising the existing evaluation indexes,a fair,stable and quantifiable performance appraisal system has been established.It evaluates from the three dimensions of perforamce,ability,attitude,taking into account that traditional assessment systems are difficult to obtain qualitative indexes which has strong subjectivity.Therefore,it creatively uses the process data in intelligent engineering management platform,through screening,cleaning,transformation and other processing steps for text data and numerical data to refine the underlying quantitative indicators.The case study verifies that the evaluation system has certain accuracy and provides a new perspective for the evaluation method.
