高校“双带头人”教师党支部“党建+X”工作模式探索——以沧州师范学院为例

摘　　要：坚持和加强党对高校工作的全面领导,有效激发高校基层党组织新的活力,是高校迈入新时代、实现新发展的坚强保障。沧州师范学院多措并举,扎实推进“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育,深入开展“一总支一特色,一支部一亮点”活动,切实提高基层党建工作质量,实现“双带头人”全覆盖,探索“党建+X”工作模式,坚持“党建+育师”、“党建+育人”、“党建+教学科研”、“党建+服务”有机结合,摸索出一系列提升高校“双带头人”教师党支部工作能力的工作办法,引领学校党建工作的发展,推动学校思想政治工作质量全面提升。It is a strong guarantee to strengthen the party's overall leadership over the work for the development of universities in the new era.Cangzhou Normal University has taken multiple measures to promote the theme of“Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind”with distinctive features for each branch party,which improved Party building and realized complete coverage of“double leadership”.Exploration on party building in education of teachers,in teaching and research,and in service has been carried out to strengthen the working ability of the Party branch in colleges and universities,and promote the quality of the ideological and political work in universities.
