重组人白细胞介素2联合贞芪扶正胶囊和保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变Ⅰ级合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人白细胞介素2(rhIL-2)联合贞芪扶正胶囊和保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)Ⅰ级合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的疗效。方法将759例CINⅠ级合并高危型HPV感染患者,随机分为对照组375例与观察组384例。对照组患者给予贞芪扶正胶囊口服和保妇康栓阴道上药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用注射用rhIL-2治疗。治疗4个月后复查两组患者HPV定量及阴道镜及宫颈活检,进行疗效评价。结果治疗4个月后,观察组宫颈HPV转阴率、HPV治疗总有效率及宫颈病变治愈率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论rhIL-2联合贞芪扶正胶囊和保妇康栓治疗CINⅠ级合并高危型HPV感染患者疗效优于仅使用贞芪扶正胶囊和保妇康栓治疗者。Objective To explore the efficacy of recombinant human interleukin 2(rhIL-2)combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule and Baofukang Suppository for the treatment of patients with gradeⅠcervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINⅠ)complicated with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 759 CINⅠpatients complicated with high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into control group(375 cases)and observation group(384 cases).Patients in the control group were given Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule orally and Baofukang Suppository treatment vaginally,whereas patients in the observation group were given additional rhIL-2 injection on the basis of the therapy in the control group.Patients in the two groups received re-examination for HPV quantitative test and colposcopic and cervical biopsy four months after treatment,and efficacy assessment was performed.Results Four months after treatment,the observation group obtained higher negative rate of cervical HPV,total effective rate for HPV treatment,and cure rate of cervical lesions as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions rhIL-2 combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule and Baofukang Suppository is superior to either Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule or Baofukang Suppository alone in efficacy for treating patients with CINⅠcomplicated with high-risk HPV infection.
