壮医经筋疗法联合针挑治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医经筋疗法联合针挑治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用壮医经筋疗法联合针挑治疗,对照组采用传统针刺治疗,两组均隔天治疗1次,共治10次。治疗前后采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能活动评分量表(CMS)评价肩关节功能,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价肩部疼痛情况,比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于治疗前和对照组,CMS评分高于治疗前和对照组,治疗组疗效优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论壮医经筋疗法联合针挑治疗肩周炎疗效好,可有效地改善患者疼痛症状和肩关节功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang meridian therapy combined with pricking therapy for periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods Sixty patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group underwent Zhuang meridian therapy combined with pricking therapy,whereas the control group received traditional pricking therapy,both groups received treatment once every other day for 10 times.Before and after treatment,shoulder joint function was assessed using the shoulder functional activities Constant-Murley Score(CMS),shoulder pain was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS),and the two groups were compared with respect to efficacy.Results After treatment,the treatment group exhibited lower VAS score and higher CMS score than pretreatment and the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in efficacy(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuang meridian therapy combined with pricking therapy demonstrates a favorable efficacy for periarthritis humeroscapularis,which can effectively ameliorate patients′pain symptom and shoulder joint function.
