摘　　要：研究了磺酰氯作为氯化试剂,对保护的间氨基苯酚进行氯化反应,合成了2,4-二氯-5-羟基乙酰苯胺化合物。为合成2,4-二氯-5异丙氧基苯胺这一类物质关键中间体提供了新的方法。该方法操作简单,收率高,具有工业化生产价值。The chlorination of protected m-aminophenol with sulfonyl chloride was researched.The intermediate N-(2,4-di⁃chloro-5-hydroxyphenyl)acetamide was synthesizes by using m-aminophenol as raw material via reactions of acylation and chlorination.This process provides a new method for the synthesis of a key intermediate of 2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxyani⁃line and meets the industrialized production due to the fact that the method had high yield and easy operation.
