摘　　要：淮化乙二醇装置综合节能项目通过实施硝酸废水的综合治理、羰化反应器汽包低压蒸汽余热利用、加氢驰放气PSA再提纯和预防加氢催化剂在反应器列管内的结焦、乙二醇产品的优等品率提升等,保障装置长周期稳定运行,将各种消耗降至更低,使乙二醇产品具有更高的经济性,保障公司在市场竞争中赢得更大的发展空间。In the comprehensive energy saving project of Huaihua glycol plant,through the implementation of comprehensive treatment of nitric acid wastewater,utilization of waste heat of low-pressure steam in the drum of carbonylation reactor,purification of PSA of hydrogenation gas,prevention of coking of hydrogenation catalyst in the reactor tube,and improvement of excellent product rate of glycol products,etc.,the long-term stable operation of the plant is guaranteed,and all kinds of consumption is reduced to a lower level,so that glycol products can be produced.It has a higher economy and guarantees the company to win more development space in the market competition.
