摘　　要：抗战的胜利是近代以来中国抗击外敌入侵的第一次完全胜利,它开辟了中华民族伟大复兴的光明前景。一般而言,战争对司法破坏巨大,唯我国司法于战时建树独多。在改良司法、辅弼抗战的过程中,法官群体功勋卓著。法官们埋首案牍不辞清苦,磨砥刻厉廉洁奉公,孳孳于司法建设。他们面对倭寇入侵、山河破碎之情状,改良司法以增进人民福祉,兴革法制以砥砺前敌士气。纵使遭遇政客、军人的强权干涉,也执着坚守法治信仰,激浊扬清以彰显法律威信。更有甚者,为捍卫法权,或坚守于沦陷区法院,或深入战区巡回审判,锄奸去莠,不畏强暴,临大节而不可夺端,直至捐躯殉国。此番事迹值得我们缅怀,且为当下之法官文化建设提供有益借鉴。The victory of Anti-Japanese War is the first complete victory of China in resisting foreign invasion since modern times,which opens up a bright prospect for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and opens a new journey for the rebirth of the Phoenix Nirvana in China.Generally speaking,the war has done great damage to the judiciary,but our country’s judiciary has made a lot of achievements in wartime.In the process of improving the judiciary and assisting the Anti-Japanese War,the judges have made outstanding achievements.Judges have buried the first case without hesitation,grinding,rigorous,honest and public service,breeding in the judicial construction.Faced with the invasion of Japanese aggressors and the fragmentation of mountains and rivers,they improved the judiciary to enhance the well-being of the people and reformed the legal system to boost the morale of the former enemies.Even if they are interfered by the power of politicians and soldiers,they persist in the belief in the rule of law and encourage the upholding of the Qing Dynasty in order to demonstrate the prestige of the law.What’s more,in order to defend the legal rights,or adhere to the court of the occupied areas,or go deep into the war zone for trial,weed out rape,not afraid of rape,in the face of big festivals and can not be captured,until the death of the country.Tracing back to the history of law and caring for reality.This kind of character,this deed,lasting for thousands of years,is worth remembering.
