摘  要:“互联网+”时代智慧医院以及智慧医疗新型发展模式兴起,医院信息化深入医院整体管理和临床诊疗各个层面,智慧医院图书馆也随之创建发展,医院图书馆馆员需要学习掌握新知识新技术提升专业素质和服务能力,以满足医院读者不断提高的医学情报信息需求。本文作者调查分析了江苏省52家医院图书馆129名馆员的学历和职称专业背景,针对馆员现状和存在问题,探索了互联网时代创新馆员人才培养的方法,为中国医院协会制定新的医院图书馆馆员管理政策提供依据。In the era of Internet+,smart hospitals and new development models of smart medical care have emerged.As hospital informatization goes deep into all aspects of overall hospital management and clinical diagnosis and treatment,smart hospital libraries are also created and developed.Hospital librarians need to learn and master new knowledge and technology to improve their professional quality and service ability so as to meet the increasing demands of hospital readers for medical information.The authors of this paper investigated and analyzed the academic and professional backgrounds of 129 librarians in 52 hospital libraries in Jiangsu Province.In view of the current situation and the existing problems of librarians,the authors also explored the methods of cultivating innovative librarians in the"Internet+era",and thus providinga basis for the development of new policies for the management of hospital librarians by Chinese Hospital Association.
