摘　　要：近年来,由于患者就医需求及医疗资源规划等原因出现了多院区的医疗服务模式。本文对国内外关于多院区就医的研究进行了回顾,总结了国内多院区管理现状和面临的问题,并展开分析讨论。我国多院区建设还处于探索阶段,应错位发展分院区医疗特色,建设主院区主导下一体化文化氛围,保证同质化医疗服务。In recent years,medical service model in multi-hospital districts has emerged due to patients′medical demand and medical resource planning.This paper reviews the research on multi-hospital district treatment at home and abroad,summarizes the current situation and problems of multi-hospital management in China,and carries out the analysis and discussion.The construction of multi-hospital district in China is still in the exploration stage,so the medical characteristics of the sub-hospital district in a dislocation should be developed,the integrated cultural atmosphere under the leadership of the main hospital area be built,and the homogeneous medical service ensured.
