摘  要:目的通过对某大型三甲医院皮肤科门诊的建设规划,进行医院精细化管理的探索。方法运营助理从背景现况、空间规划、工作量预估、预期效益与回收年限等方面对皮肤科门诊建设进行评价,评估其扩建的可行性。结果通过全面评价证实了其可行性,并形成完整的评估报告提交院领导决策参考。结论精细化运营管理模式有利于医院管理者正确决策,使各种资源利用最大化,并能及时发现医院运营中存在的各种问题,实现医院的精细化运营管理。Objective:With the construction plan of the dermatological clinic of a large hospital of Class A Grade Three,this paper explores the refined management of the hospital.Method:The operation assistant evaluated the construction of the dermatological clinic from the aspects of background status,space planning,workload estimation,expected benefits and recovery years,and evaluated the feasibility of its expansion.Result:The feasibility was proved by the comprehensive evaluation,and a complete evaluation report was submitted to the hospital leaders for decision-making reference.Conclusion:The refined operation and management mode is conducive to the correct decision of hospital managers,maximizes the utilization of various resources,and timely finds out various problems existing in hospital operation,so as to realize the refined operation and management of the hospital.
