摘　　要：目的通过对患者安全文化进行比较研究,分析干预效果,为医院持续构建和改进安全文化提供理论参考。方法选取某三级综合医院符合纳入标准的人员1130人和1287人,借鉴美国医疗保健研究与质量局(AHRQ)患者安全文化问卷,于2015年及2017年分别进行调查,针对2015年调查发现的主要问题修订诊疗制度,增加软硬件、培训、医务人员数量等干预措施,比较两次调查结果,分析干预措施的效果。结果两次调查对象对患者安全认知五个维度的积极反应率总体分布一致,2017年的积极反应率均高于2015年的结果,两次调查中优势条目和待改进条目的分布和提高趋势同样一致。结论通过对医院患者安全文化进行定期监测,了解患者安全文化状况和存在的问题,并实施有针对性干预措施,有助于患者安全文化的确立和逐步提升。Objective:Through the comparative study of patient safety culture,the effect of intervention was analyzed to provide theoretical reference for the continuous construction and improvement of safety culture in hospitals.Method:1,130 to 1,287 persons in a comprehensive hospital of grade three meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and the patient safety culture questionnaire from the U.S.agency for health care research and quality(AHRQ)was drawn on.The two surveys were conducted in 2015 and 2017 respectively.According to the major problems found in the survey in 2015,the medical system was revised,the intervention measures such as increasing hardware and software,training,and the number of medical personnel were taken,and the results of the two surveys were compared to analyze the effect of the intervention measures.Result:The overall distribution of the positive response rate to the five dimensions of patient safety perception was consistent among the subjects in the two surveys,and the positive response rate in 2017 was higher than that in 2015.The distribution and improvement trend of the dominant items,and the items to be improved in the two surveys were also consistent.Conclusion:Through regular monitoring of the patient safety culture in the hospital,the situation and existing problems of the patient safety culture can be understood and the targeted intervention measures be implemented,which is conducive to the establishment and gradual improvement of patient safety culture.
