“互联网+”背景下发展型学生就业工作模式探析——以中国地质大学(武汉)为例

摘　　要：中央经济工作会议针对新形势新情况新变化,把稳就业作为"六稳"的首位,摆在突出位置,对当前和今后一段时间如何做好高校毕业生就业工作提出明确的目标。"互联网+"作为新型的国家战略,为学生就业工作提出新的压力和挑战,与此同时,学生就业的机会和平台也会增多。学校积极应对"互联网+"的新形势,在"发展型"学生工作体系下大力开展就业信息化建设。学校持续开展就业质量跟踪调查,通过"大数据"分析学校毕业生就业质量,提出开拓校园招聘新模式'促进学工队伍职业化发展、夯实就业工作平台、进完善电子签约系统等建议。In view of the new situation,new situation and new changes,the central economic working conference takes the stability of employment as the first place of the“six stability”and puts it in a prominent position.It puts forward clear working objectives for how to do well the employment work of college graduates at present and in the future.“Internet+”as a new national strategy,puts forward new pressures and challenges for students’employment.At the same time,students'employment opportunities and platforms will also increase.Schools actively respond to the new situation of“Internet+”and vigorously develop employment informatization under the“development oriented”student work system.Through continuous follow-up survey of employment quality and analysis of the employment quality of school graduates through big data,the paper puts forward suggestions such as opening up a new mode of campus recruitment,promoting the professional development of academic and working teams,strengthening the employment work platform,and further improving the electronic signing system.
