摘 要:为便于木结构工程设计,提出了钢板螺栓连接承载力计算式,并提出了受弯螺栓连接节点承载力上限和下限的计算方法。设计制作了钢填板螺栓连接节点试件,并进行了复合受力节点承载力试验研究。试验结果表明,各受力工况下试验节点的承载力平均值均介于所计算的承载力上、下限之间,且基本等于所计算的承载力上、下限的平均值。从而验证了所提出的钢板螺栓连接承载力计算式和连接节点承载力计算方法的正确性和适用性,为设计提供了可靠依据。To facilitate engineering design of timber structures,the formulae to calculate the load-carrying capability of bolted connection with steel plates were derived and the methods to predict the lower bound and upper bound of the load-carrying capability in terms of bending moment of the bolted joints were proposed.Specimens of bolted joints with inserted steel plates were designed and manufactured.Tests of the joints under combined axial compression,shear and bending moment were conducted.It is found out that the averaged load-carrying capability of the joints under each loading case all falls in the range between the calculated lower and upper bounds of load-carrying capability,and is actually equal to the average value of the lower and upper bounds.The correctness and the feasibility of the formulae to calculate the load-carrying capability of the bolted connections with steel plates and the methods to predict the loadcarrying capability of the bolted joints are thus validated,which can provide the reliable basis for the design.
