摘　　要：本文介绍了标准查新项目的概况,从查新报告的角度对比了标准查新项目和一般查新项目在查新目的、科学技术要点、查新点、检索资源、查新结论5个方面的差异性。提出在进行标准查新项目时查新员应和委托方全面沟通、熟练掌握标准数据库、审核员应加强审核力度3个关键点以提高标准查新项目的查全率,最终达到提高查新报告质量的目标。This paper introduces the general situation of standards novelty retrieval,and compares the differences between standards novelty search and the general sci-tech novelty retrieval from the purpose of the novelty retrieval,the key points of sci-tech,novelty retrieval points,retrieval resources and the conclusion from the perspective of the novelty retrieval report.It is proposed that the novelty retrieval staff should communicate with clients in an all-round way and be familiar with database when carrying out the criterion novelty retrieval.Besides,the controller should raise scrutiny to increase the recall rate of the criterion novelty retrieval,and finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of the novelty search report.
