摘 要:本文在经济发展阶段的分析框架下,从劳动力商品化与劳动力去商品化的双维视角,从劳动力流动制度、就业制度、工资决定制度及社会福利供给水平四个角度,分析了我国劳动力市场演变的阶段性特征,并探索劳动力市场的演变机制。国家在劳动力市场的演变中发挥主导作用,市场与政府的相互作用使劳动力市场在每个阶段的劳动力商品化和去商品化程度呈现差异化。劳动力市场改革是在坚持市场化取向的前提下,通过渐进式改革推进的。展望未来,劳动力市场演变将在充分发挥市场的决定性作用并更好发挥政府作用的原则下推进。This paper which selects four indicators of labor mobility system,employment system,wage determination system and supply level of social welfare,analyzes the stage characteristics of China’s labor market evolution and explores the evolution mechanism of the labor market from the two-dimensional perspectives of labor commodification and de-commodification in the framework of economic development stage. The state plays a leading role in the evolution of China’s labor market. The interaction between the market and the government makes the degree of labor commoditization and de-commodification different at each stage. The reform of the labor market is promoted through gradual reforms on the premise of adhering to the market orientation.Looking ahead,the evolution of the Labor market will be promoted under the principle of giving full play to the decisive role of the market and better play to the role of the government.
