摘　　要：自2008年起,我国陆续有20多个省区市启动现代农业产业技术体系建设,极大地促进了当地农业科技创新能力与成果转化效率的提升。基于既有模式运行的显著特征和现有资料的丰富程度考虑及对各地实践的系统梳理,最终选择北京、四川、山东、江苏4省市现代农业产业技术体系作为典型案例,深入分析各地发展概况、组织结构、运行机制与运行效果。经综合比较,总结4省市现代农业产业技术体系建设与运行的显著差异和共同点,进而得出促进现代农业产业技术体系运行能力提升的有益启示:应结合本地实际构建农业技术体系组织架构、推进体系与农业实践活动衔接、围绕产业技术需求开展工作、增强体系协作运行有效性、开展针对性技术指导和培训、提高成果转化应用效率、注重优秀科技人才集聚和培养、积极与国家体系对接。Since 2008,more than 20 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities have started the construction of modern agricultural industry technology system,which has greatly promoted the local agricultural science and technology innovation ability and the achievement transformation efficiency. Based on the consideration of the significant characteristics of existing models and the richness of existing data,through a systematic review of the practice models in various places,this paper finally chose Beijing,Sichuan,Shandong and Jiangsu as typical representatives,and deeply analyzed these local systems’ development situation,organizational structure,operation mechanism and operation effect. After a comprehensive comparison,the significant differences and common points of the construction and operation of the modern agricultural industry technology system in 4 provinces and cities are summarized,and then a useful enlightenment to promote the improvement of the operation capacity of the modern agricultural industry technology system is obtained. In the future,we should combine the local actual construction of the agricultural technology system organization structure,promote the connection between the system and agricultural practice activities,work around industrial technology needs,enhance the effectiveness of the system’s collaborative operation,carry out targeted technical guidance and training,improve the efficiency of application of results transformation,focus on the gathering and training of outstanding scientific and technological talents,and actively connect with the national system.
