摘 要:冲蚀波纹是指在冲蚀磨损条件下,靶材表面形成的一种冲蚀形貌。通常冲蚀波纹是在液固或气固两相流的工作条件下,机械部件表面经过一段时间的冲蚀后在原来光滑平整的材料表面出现的类似波纹或鱼鳞坑状的磨损形貌。本文综述了冲蚀波纹产生、理论及实验研究发展现状,分析了表面形貌对近壁流场的影响,对波纹形貌在减小冲蚀磨损方面的作用进行了展望。Erosion ripple is a typical erosion morphology formed on material surface under erosion and wear conditions.Usually,erosion ripples present corrugated-like or fish scale-like wear appearance on the material surface of mechanical components which are operated for a period of time under the working conditions of the liquid-solid or gas-solid two-phase flow.In this paper,the current status of erosion ripple generation,theory and experimental research was reviewed.The influence of surface morphology of material on the near-wall flow field was analyzed.The role of rippled morphology in reducing erosion wear was prospected.
