摘　　要：科学数据是重要的科技基础条件和国家战略资源。在科学数据管理论文调研的基础上总结国内外科学数据管理的政策、服务和经验,为我国高校图书馆深化科学数据管理服务提供借鉴。对2010-2019这10年的相关论文进行调研,从政策法规、平台建设、学科专题、管理服务四个方面进行分析和研究,探讨科研数据管理的发展趋势和研究方向等。近年来,我国有关科研数据管理的论文越来越多,我国虽然制定科研数据管理政策较晚,但其发展前景还是可观的。Scientific data is an important basic condition of science and technology and a national strategic resource.Based on the research of scientific data management papers,this paper summarizes the policies,services and experiences of scientific data management at home and abroad,and provides reference for deepening the service of scientific data management in university libraries in China.This paper investigates the related papers from 2010 to 2019,analyses and studies them from four aspects:policies and regulations,platform construction,subject topics and management services,and explores the development trend and research direction of scientific research data management.In recent years,there are more and more papers on scientific research data management in China.Although the policy of scientific research data management is formulated late in China,its development prospects are still considerable.
