摘　　要：当前,在新一轮科技革命驱动下,我国进入由“互联网+”到“智能+”跨时代跃变的新阶段。以开放化、数字化、智能化为主要特征的数字经济、共享经济、平台经济迅猛发展,在撬动传统行业发生颠覆性变革的同时,也正在改变重塑金融生态格局,将银行业推向了变革和转型的新时代。Governing the significant trend of fintech development,and revolving around a brand-new technical system framework like the distributed,cloud computation,big data,the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China effected in 2015 the transition of IT architecture,and officially promulgated an intelligent bank eco-system,ECOS,on November 8,2019,exhibiting conspicuously a sizable number of technically innovative results,and thus becoming one more important landmark in the information sci-tech development history of ICBC,even China's banking industry.
