摘  要:目的探讨江门市成人血尿酸水平与糖尿病前期的相关性。方法于2017年4月至2019年3月选取江门市500名成人为研究对象,根据其血尿酸水平分为4组(即低水平组、稍低水平组、中水平组、高水平组)。比较四组血尿酸水平及糖尿病前期的发病率,观察成人血尿酸水平与糖尿病前期的相关性。结果高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率为15.80%(79/500),其中男性高尿酸血症患病率为20.16%(52/258),女性为11.16%(27/242),男性高尿酸血症患病率高于女性(P<0.05)。本研究中500名成人中糖尿病前期患病率为21.40%(107/500),其中男性糖尿病前期患病率为20.93%(54/258),女性为21.90%(53/242)。随着血尿酸水平的升高,糖尿病前期患病率相应升高。结论HUA是糖尿病前期的独立危险因素,糖尿病前期患病率随着血尿酸水平的上升而升高。采取合理措施控制HUA有助于防止糖尿病前期向糖尿病发生发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid level and impaired glucose regulation in adults in Jiangmen.Methods Five hundreds adults in Jiangmen from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into four groups according to their serum uric acid levels(low level group,slightly low level group,medium level group and high level group).The serum uric acid level and incidence of impaired glucose regulation were compared among the four groups,so as to study the correlation between serum uric acid level and impaired glucose regulation.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA)was 15.80%(79/500),including 20.16%(52/258)in males and 11.16%(27/242)in females.The prevalence of HUA in males was significantly higher than that in females(P<0.05).The prevalence of impaired glucose regulation in 500 adults was 21.40%(107/500),which was 20.93%(54/258)in males and 21.90%(53/242)in females.The prevalence of impaired glucose regulation increased with the increase of serum uric acid level.Conclusions HUA is an independent risk factor for impaired glucose regulation.The prevalence of impaired glucose regulation increases with the increase of serum uric acid level.Taking reasonable measures to control HUA is conductive to preventing impaired glucose regulation progressing to diabetes mellitus.
