摘　　要：目的观察人格特征对美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)患者心理干预疗效的影响。方法随机抽取河南省19个MMT门诊中的5个MMT门诊,选择该5个MMT门诊2016年10月至2017年10月新入的MMT患者110例为研究对象,其中男62例,女48例。使用艾森克人格问卷测量MMT患者人格特征,使用综合心理干预手段对MMT患者进行心理干预,使用社会支持量表和生活质量量表评价MMT患者的社会支持水平和生活质量。记录MMT患者的美沙酮使用剂量,并进行吗啡尿检。结果男性内外向分量表评分为(13.14±3.23)分,神经质分量表评分为(14.10±4.76)分;女性神经质分量表评分为(15.71±4.26)分,精神质分量表评分为(7.76±3.53)分;与常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,男性主观支持度得分、支持利用度得分分别为(21.86±6.53)分、(18.48±5.36)分,女性主观支持度得分、支持利用度得分分别为(6.23±1.68)分、(9.82±3.12)分,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,男性MMT患者心理功能、社会功能得分分别为(38.67±6.86)分、(35.77±3.54)分,女性MMT患者心理功能、社会功能得分分别为(37.10±5.84)分、(41.77±7.96)分,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。男性和女性MMT患者干预前、后日均服用美沙酮剂量、平均实际服药天数、吗啡尿检阳性次数比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论不同人格类型对MMT患者心理干预疗效有影响,综合心理干预能够较好的提高MMT患者社会支持,生活质量及依从性。Objective To investigate the role of personality characteristics on therapeutic effects of psychological intervention for patients with methadone maintenance therapy(MMT).Methods Five MMT clinics were randomly seleted from the 19 MMT clinics in Henan.A total of 110 patients treated in the 5 clinics from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as research objects,including 62 males and 48 females.The personality characteristics of the 110 MMT patients were determined by Eysenck personality questionnaire.All patients were treated by comprehensive psychological intervention.And the level of social support and quality of life of MMT patients were measured by the social support scale and life quality scale.The dosage determine of methadone and morphine urine test were performed on all patients.Results The score of introversion-extroversion subscale and neurotic subscale of male MMT patients were 13.14±3.23 and 14.10±4.76;the score of neurotic subscale and psychoticism subscale of female MMT patients were 15.71±4.26 and 7.76±3.53,respectively;there were statistical significance in difference between these data from MMT patients and norms(P all<0.05).After intervention,the subjective support score and support utilization score of male MMT patients were 21.86±6.53 and 18.48±5.36,respectively;and they were 6.23±1.68 and 9.82±3.12 in female MMT patients;and these indexes were significantly different from preoperative indexes(P all<0.05).After intervention,the psychological function score and social function scores were 38.67±6.86 and 35.77±3.54 in male MMT patients,37.10±5.84 and 41.77±7.96 in female MMT patients,which were significantly different from the preoperative scores(P all<0.05).There were significant difference in preoperative and postoperative average daily methadone dose,average medicine actual number of days and morphine positive urine test number between male and female MMT patients(P all<0.05).Conclusions Personality types have influence on effects of psychological therapy for patients with MM
