摘 要:重力式自动装料衡器广泛应用于商品混凝土搅拌站、公路铁路工程搅拌站、饲料厂等各行业对散状物料的定量称量。衡器测量结果的不确定度评定是计量检定标准装置中重点和难点,关系定量称量的准确性。论文对基于集成检定法的重力式自动装料衡器测量结果的不确定度评定进行详细研究。Gravity type automatic weighing instrument is widely used in the quantitative weighing of bulk materials in commercial concrete mixing stations, road and railway engineering mixing stations, feed mills and other industries. The uncertainty assessment of the weighing instrument measurement results is the key and difficult point in the metrological verification standard device, the accuracy of the quantitative weighing, and the quality of the concrete. In this paper, the uncertainty evaluation of the measurement results of gravity automatic charging weighing apparatus based on the integrated verification method is studied in detail.
