征地区片综合地价调整方法研究

摘　　要：制定征地区片综合地价将简化征地程序,提高征地效率,保护农村集体和被征地农民的利益。论文提出了征地区片综合地价的调整思路,明确了征地区片的调整和区片地价的具体测算方法,对其他地区制定征地区片综合地价具有借鉴作用。The formulation of comprehensive land price for expropriated areas will simplify land expropriation procedures, improve land expropriation efficiency, and protect the interests of rural collectives and farmers expropriated. This paper puts forward the idea of adjusting the comprehensive land price of expropriated areas, makes clear the adjustment of expropriated areas and the specific calculation method of land requisition area, which can be used as a reference for other regions to formulate the comprehensive land price of expropriated area.
