不同经济发展水平工业用地投入的多维门槛效应——基于2004~2016年江浙两省地级市面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：研究目的:从人均收入、非农产业、非农就业、对外开放等多维度,研究不同经济发展水平下工业用地投入对经济增长的门槛效应,为提升资源配置效率、合理管控工业用地规模提供参考。研究方法:柯布—道格拉斯生产函数分析方法、门槛面板回归模型法、逻辑推理法。研究结果:(1)随人均GDP提高,工业用地投入对工业经济增长的贡献逐步提升,影响系数由0.25逐渐上升到0.71;(2)随非农产业发展,工业用地投入对工业经济增长的贡献先升后降;(3)随非农就业水平变化,工业用地投入对工业经济增长的贡献下降;(4)随对外开放水平提升,工业用地对工业经济发展的贡献先升后降低。研究结论:不同社会经济发展阶段,所适宜的资源配置结构、效率状态与特征不同。应当根据工业用地投入对经济增长贡献的门槛效应情况,完善工业用地布局与配置策略。Research purposes:The purpose of the paper is to reveal the threshold effects of industrial land input on industrial economic growth(TEIL)from the perspectives of income per capita,the development of non-agricultural industries,non-agricultural employment,and opening up level,in order to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of resource allocation and reasonably controlling the scale of industrial land use.Research methods:Cobb-Douglas production function analysis,threshold effect panel model,and logical deduction are used in this study.The result shows that the TEILs are heterogeneous.Specifically,the TEIL is positively related to the development of GDP per capita.Coefficient of the TEIL increased from 0.25 to 0.71.With the development of non-agricultural industries,coefficient of the TEIL increased then decreased.The TEIL is negatively related to the development of non-agricultural employment.Coefficient of the TEIL decreased.With the improvement of opening up level,the TEIL increased firstly then turned to decrease.Conclusion:The suitable resource allocation structure,efficiency state and characteristics are different in different stages of social and economic development.According to the threshold effect law of the contribution of industrial land input to economic growth,the layout of industrial land and the allocation strategy of production factors should be improved.
