摘　　要：居留意愿和社会情绪一定程度上能够反映流动人口的心理活动和相应的社会问题,对首都社会治理有着重要的参考意义。实证结果显示:一方面,当前流动人口的居留意愿依然居于高位,不同特征的流动人口的居留意愿呈现出不同倾向;另一方面,不同个人特征和居留意愿之下,流动人口会表现出不同社会情绪。总之,社会情绪基本稳定和积极,也存在悲观、不满、浮躁等不良社会情绪需要适度疏解。为推动首都社会和谐发展,需要营造正面的社会舆论导向氛围,向公众提供全面真实的权威信息,通过宏观调控政策等系列手段推动社会良性发展,建立有效的情绪疏导机制和社会支持体系。The residence wish and social sentiment certain degree can reflect the transient population the psychological activity and the corresponding social question,have the important reference significance to the capital society government.The result showed that,at the same time,the current transient population residence wish still resides in the top digit,the different characteristic transient population residence wish presents the different tendency;On the other hand,under the different individual characteristic and the residence wish,the transient population can display the different social sentiment.In brief,the social sentiment is basically stable and is positive,also exists pessimistically,does not fill,impetuously and so on not the good social sentiment needs to clear out moderately.In order to impel the capital society harmonious development,needs to build the positive public opinion guidance atmosphere,provides the comprehensive real authoritative information to the public,through series method impetus society benignity development and so on macroeconomic regulation and control policy,establishes the effective mood unblocking mechanism and the society supports the system.
