摘　　要：目的 检测PSMA6基因在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜中的表达情况,探讨PSMA6基因在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜中是否异常表达及相关临床意义。方法 收集本院49例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者及50例年龄和性别匹配的健康体检者(对照组)的静脉全血,分别提取总RNA,并反转录获得c DNA,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测PSMA6基因表达情况和Wesrtern blot技术检测蛋白水平的表达情况。结果 PSMA6基因在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者中较对照组表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 PSMA6基因在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜疾病中表达升高,其异常表达可能在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜中发挥重要作用,具有一定的临床意义。Objective To detect the expression of PSMA6 in immune thrombocytopenic puqjura and to investigate whether PSMA6 is abnormally expressed in immune thrombocytopenic purpura and its clinical significance.M ethods The venous whole blood of 49 patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura and 50 healthy individuals with matched age and sex were collected.Total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed to obtain cDNA.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of PSMA6 gene and Western blot was used to detect the expression of PSMA6 protein.Results The expression of PSMA6 gene was higher in patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura than that in healthy individuals,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PSMA6 gene is elevated in immune thrombocytopenic purpura disease,and its abnormal expression may play an important role in immune thrombocytopenic purpura,which has certain clinical significance.
